Our system allow direct-order fulfillment in addition to distributor shipping.  We use SYSPRO ERP & CRM to manage for supply chain orders to our suppliers, orders from customers, inventory, shipping and returns.  We monitor a host of KPI's across all aspects of our supply chain, including inventory turnover, rate of demand, carrying cost of inventory, average days on hand, perfect order rate, backorder rate and additional quality measures include shelf life spot check, incoming product inspection and in-stock inpection.
